No Refunds After Purchase

Final Sale:
– All items purchased through SellOkay are final sales. Once an item has been tested, approved, and bought, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Damaged During Shipping:
– If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and, if the item is found to be damaged due to shipping, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Item Received:
– If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you and the incorrect item to be returned to us at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

Investigation:
– Our customer support team will review your request and may request additional information or evidence. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Resolution:
– If your refund request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement item or issue store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
